In the tenth session of the ongoing study series on ‘The Book of Certitude’, we explore the first section of the second unit, covering challenging concepts such as divine versus satanic knowledge, the metaphorical meaning of ‘clouds’, ‘smoke’, ‘heaven’, and ‘angels’ in religious texts. We ponder about the true nature of Manifestations of God, their inner consciousness, their ability to know everything, everywhere, all the time, and how their physical sufferings could be understood. We also address the confusions and questions raised by the change of religious laws with new religious dispensations. Moving forward, we direc the conversation towards clarifying misconceptions about Holy Scriptures, with a focus on the Jewish and Christian texts. The study concludes with contemplating on the words of Baha’u’llah addressed to the uncle of the Bab and to the followers of the Babi religion.
