Martha Root #8: Consecration (1937 – 1939)

This week’s episode in “The Life of Martha Root” is the final installment of the series, episode 8: Consecration (1937 – 1939). This is the story of Martha’s 15-month tour of India, Pakistan, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka in 1937 and 1938, her visit to Australia and New Zealand, her last teaching trip in Fiji, and her arrival in Hawaii, where she passed away on 28 September 1939.

This is a double consecration for Martha Root: the consecration of her life’s work with her teaching trip in India, the best work she ever did, and her consecration as Hand of the Cause by the Guardian after her passing. The final section of this talk is devoted to her immortal rank as Foremost Hand of the Cause of God.
